Free e-mail approval prior to delivery.
Standard turnaround time is 48h to download the images.
You will receive a link from info@erameri.com to download a .zip folder of your images from a secure server. Product cut-out images will be in highest quality jpeg format unless Tiff is requested. Alternatively if your company has an ftp server where you'd like the images to be uploaded, just give us the details when you book.
Disc on request: There is no charge for images in Tiff format on a disc.

Uncompressed file size is 35-50Mb = A4-A3 photographic high-quality print. (size varies as images may need to be cropped for very small items due to macro-lens use and for thin shaped items to crop off excess background). To make the digital transfer and storage easy for you, the images will be saved in highest quality Jpeg format unless you request Tiff.

Creative:

Images will be delivered in uncompressed Tiff format on disc for use in full-page print. Smaller low-resolution jpegs are included for quick browsing. All images are in Adobe RGB colour profile for maximum quality and are ready to use for viewing on a monitor. For maximum results in printing a professional printer should do a controlled conversion to the print press's specific colour profile.

Disclaimers:

Unless you are viewing the images on a professionally calibrated monitor or printing them with a professionally calibrated post-script proofing printer Erameri Ltd cannot guarantee that you can see the images in their actual quality and colour even though we have colour matched them to your products. If you require proof prints they are available at extra cost for Product Cut-outs but are free with Creative commissions. Some bright colours can be viewed on a monitor but will not print as bright in print. For maximum results you should consult your printer.

Please supply job reference number/name, purchase order number and/or product codes prior to the booking if you want me to use them in billing and/or file naming.

Payment is required before you are licensed to use the images and as stated on the invoice.
