Images you have commissioned are licensed for exclusive use of you, the client and may not be leased, sold or loaned without express permission from Erameri Ltd. We allow as part of our standard licensing for companies to supply our images to their product distributors, stockists and retailers, but not for any resale value. You are licensed to use the photographs only after payment has been received in full.

Erameri Ltd will not lease, sell or loan any images a client has commissioned. Erameri Ltd may use images commissioned by a client as work samples in it's own marketing with appropriate credits only if the images have been published in the public media and the client has not expressed any objection.
